Christopher Bailey's latest Spring Summer 2010 collection has just finished on http://burberry.vogue.co.uk after a pastel, bright but faded satin and matt fabrics, twisted, pleated, ruffled and pulled in the shape of mac coats, dresses and skirts fitted to the body with either a skinny brown or a chunky solid belt tightening the waist. The live show was half an hour late, but continued for well over 20 minutes, sending out model after model wearing very high platform and wedge chunky strapped shoes over same colour ankle socks. Emma Watson, Victoria Beckham, the Olsen twins and Anna Wintour were definitely viewing a treat, but then so were the rest of the world, live.
